How a visitor pays

Motorways are free apart from the M6 Toll north of Birmingham, paid at the plaza or online. The Dartford Crossing on the M25 is a Dart Charge paid online by midnight the next day; the Tyne tunnels and the Mersey tunnels are paid online or at the booth. London's Congestion Charge and ULEZ apply to foreign cars too: register the vehicle and pay by the next day.

Bridges, tunnels and city charges

Priced on their own, on top of any motorway charge. A car, one crossing, the published tariff.

On a Sunday
