From nemzetiutdij.hu, checked 2026-10-13. Priced in HUF because that is the only currency the tariff table publishes. A caravan behind a D1 car needs nothing of its own. The motorhome price here assumes the ordinary registration for a 3.5 t coachbuilt (J = M1/M1G, 7 seats or fewer); one registered N1/N1G is D2 (about 45 % more) and we do not hold the registration to tell.
How a visitor pays
The e-matrica is bought on the plate at nemzetiutdij.hu, in the app or at petrol stations — 1 day, 10 days, a month or a year, for the whole country or for single counties — before you enter a motorway. A car or campervan up to 3.5 t is class D1; a heavier motorhome is D2 and pays more. Fines arrive by post, also abroad.
