From bgtoll.bg, checked 2026-08-11. EUR since Jan 2026. Since 13 Feb 2024 every camper pays the e-vignette whatever its weight (API/bgtoll.bg); lorries and buses over 3.5 t pay the TollPass distance toll. A caravan needs its own e-vignette only when car + caravan exceed 3.5 t together — that second vignette is not yet added to the trip's cost.
How a visitor pays
An electronic vignette on the plate, bought on bgtoll.bg, in the app, at the border or at petrol stations — a weekend, a week, a month, three months or a year — before you drive on the main roads. Over 3.5 t: the distance-based TollPass instead. Prices are in euro since Bulgaria joined the euro.
