How a visitor pays
Motorways are free. The Westerschelde tunnel between Zeeland and Zeeuws-Vlaanderen is free for cars and motorcycles under 3 m high; anything taller — most campers, roof box included — pays per crossing, by card or a t-tag. The Kiltunnel near Dordrecht charges every vehicle per crossing. No vignette. The truck charge (since 1 July 2026) is for lorries of categories N2 and N3 only: a motorhome registered as one pays nothing, but a foreign-plated camper registered N2/N3 must be registered for exemption at vrachtwagenheffing.nl (rijksoverheid.nl, read 2026-10-25).
Pay with a tag
A car under 3 m high needs nothing at the Westerschelde tunnel — it is free; a camper over 3 m pays less with the tunnel operator's t-tag. The Kiltunnel takes a card. No cross-border tag is read.
