From evinjeta.dars.si, checked 2026-08-11. Slovenia is a VIGNETTE country — a flat fee, not per-km. A registered campervan stays in the car class (2A), and so does a car towing a caravan: the class follows the towing vehicle's own height over its front axle. The Karawanken tunnel is outside the vignette and charged separately (€9); from 1 January 2026 the H5/H6 coastal expressway needs no vignette.

How a visitor pays

The e-vinjeta is bought on the plate at evinjeta.dars.si, at petrol stations or DARS points — a week, a month or a year, before the first motorway kilometre. Class 2A is a car or campervan up to 3.5 t; a tall van over 1.3 m at the front axle is 2B and pays double. The fine starts at €300. The Karavanke tunnel is charged separately.
